Payment Options

Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Fees

At Haven Health, we believe in providing clear and upfront pricing for autism and ADHD assessments. Our evaluations are offered as a flat-fee service, covering the entire process from intake to final report.

Assessment Fees

Comprehensive Autism & ADHD Assessment – $3,000 (Flat Fee)
ADHD-Only Assessment – $1,000 (Flat Fee)

These fees include all assessment sessions, detailed reports, and a feedback session to review results and discuss next steps.

Flexible Payment Options

We understand that the cost of an assessment is an important consideration. To help make it more accessible, we offer the following options:

Private Pay (Self-Pay)

Clients may choose to pay directly at the time of service. We accept multiple payment methods, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction. This option provides flexibility without the need for insurance approvals or reimbursement processing.

Flexible Payment Plans

We offer payment plans to help make assessments more accessible. Clients can spread the cost over time with low or no-interest options, eliminating the need for upfront payment. Contact us to learn more about available financing options.

Out-of-Network

We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide a superbill, which clients can submit to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies, so we recommend checking with your insurer.

Will Insurance Cover My Autism Assessment?

Haven Health and Wellness operates as an out-of-network provider. However, unlike many offices that require you to handle reimbursement on your own, we offer courtesy billing to make the process easier for you.  This means:

  • We bill out of network on your behalf, so you don’t have to submit claims yourself.
  • Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
  • You don’t need to request a superbill or manage paperwork—we take care of that for you.

Tip: Contact your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network coverage for autism and ADHD assessments.

To help you navigate this, here are some important questions to ask your insurance provider before scheduling your appointment
